K-12 Professional Development Data Tracking – Mountain Ed
Continuous professional development isb k considered a crucial factor for improving teacher and school quality. Due to constant changes in teachers’ requirements, state mandates, and innovations within the field of education, it is necessary to securely and efficiently track this development plan data. Charter schools in Georgia not only record such goals and plans, but require supervisors to track teacher progress throughout the year, include year-end recommendations, and send to the state at the end of the year.
Mountain Education had previously used a state software but the system was very cumbersome. In an effort to consolidate all their forms and workflows into one central location and create a process that could be easily completed by end users, they decided to expand their use of Etrieve into the Professional Learning process
